Josh has been in the arena since 2014 — not advising from the sidelines, but actually building. He got his start in Waterloo's tight-knit startup ecosystem, moving through Innovation Factory, The Forge Business Accelerator, and MaRS before building his first ventures.
He co-founded GoWrench Auto, scaling a mobile automotive service platform from scratch — hiring, operations, marketing, the whole stack. Then came GoLearn.io, where he helped entrepreneurs build the business skills and growth systems they were never taught in school.
SameWave is where it all came together. Working directly with CEOs, founders, and investors on the decisions that actually matter — capital allocation, marketing strategy, operational leverage, and AI implementation.
